CareerlyLAB was founded in 2021 by Jo Maxion and Candi Kenney. We’re two long-time colleagues and good friends based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We utilize our backgrounds in talent acquisition, human resources, operations, and management in the technology industry to help companies develop their leaders of tomorrow and we help individuals move forward in their career journey.

Jo Maxion
Jo has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, strategy, management, and operations. She is a certified executive coach and an Enneagram-accredited practitioner.
Candi Kenney
Candi has a certificate in Human Resources Management and completed training with Landmark Worldwide, a training and development company. She has 25+ years of experience in talent acquisition, strategy, management, and operations. She is a certified coach and a board member of a mental health nonprofit organization.
